Last night I attended a meeting of the Morris Patriots group in Whippany, NJ. During the course of the meeting several people complained about how rigged the Republican Party is, that it's full of RINO's(Republicans in name only), and that they were sick and tired of supporting Republicans who turn their backs on the people and act like Democrat-lites. I pointed out that for years the NJCP has asked people to be willing to put their good names on the ballot and run for office under our banner but nobody has done it because THEY'RE TOO SCARED(i.e. they don't have the time or the money to compete or they think the media will crucify them). A man immediately responded by saying that I was wrong, that the money was the reason that people don't run. Therefore, I, Stephen G. Spinosa issue the following challenge to all concerned citizens: Anyone who fills out a nominating petition for next year's General Election to run under our banner as a candidate for public office, collects the required number of signatures, gets the petition properly notarized, turns it in by the proper deadline(for the November General Election) and sends me proof that they actually did so will recieve a check from the NJCP Treasury for $500.00 for their campaign. I'm putting my money where my mouth is & all I ask is that you PROVE ME WRONG AND GET ON THE BALLOT!!!

The NJCP was formed to give voice to the people of NJ and to act as a template for other State grassroot parties to follow.
We have all become distracted by daily events and outrages being performed by our Local, State and National elected officials. Don’t be distracted! The root of the problem is the people in office, if you don’t change them and how they got into office, you will change NOTHING.
Chasing around legislation, bills and executive orders will absolutely wear you out and empty your wallet, and in the long run, will accomplish nothing. AND that’s the general idea! Keep everyone busy and distracted, let them make small victories, then let the people go home happy and THEN do whatever THEY want when no one is looking.
The NJCP was formed on a simple basis, giving power back to the people in the most direct way possible. Our primary mission was to promote State and National Term Limits and to work for Initiative and Referendum ( I & R). Building a State Party and running candidates was the way to promote this agenda.
Founder Tom Blomquist’s immortal words :
“ Allow Your Good Name On The Ballot”
Daily events time and time again prove that our elected officials do not have the public’s welfare at heart and will not change under any circumstance, believing that they are so insulated from the people that they can do as they please, when they please.
It is time to call for new members, new people who are willing to work to build an organization that can make improvements, not just “change”.
Yours Truly,
Leonard Marshall

To The People of the State of New Jersey:
The NJ Conservative Party is a grass-roots citizens political
organization. Our by-laws establish a decision-making process
that is devastating simple. Each member has a vote on our
platform positions, whether or not we field candidates or endorse
non-NJCP candidates. These decisions are made on the basis of:
ONE MAN, ONE WOMAN, ONE VOTE
We are the ONLY political party in New Jersey which is ruled by
the members and NOT political bosses!!! We believe that ideas
are important and have consequences. Whether it is fighting to
make government spending details accessible to the public or
placing a limit on political terms, We are interested in getting the
job done. It doesn't matter who gets the credit for it. Our message
to the people of New Jersey is: YOU can join with other like-
minded citizens and with the strength of numbers, offer the
voters a real alternative to the status quo.
